Orders
- How long does dispatch take?
- All orders ship within 24 hours from our Porto warehouse, excluding weekends and Portuguese national holidays.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, contact the concierge within 30 minutes of purchase and we will adjust.
- Do you ship duty-paid?
- Yes — DDP is enabled for the US, EU, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Product
- Where is Authority Figure made?
- Knitted in Italy, cut and sewn in Portugal for the majority of pieces. Outerwear and shorts are made in Vietnam at audited factories.
- Is the fabric sustainable?
- Where possible we use recycled fibers and certified mills. Every piece carries a traceability code.
- Will sold-out pieces restock?
- Foundation pieces restock seasonally. Drop pieces (Sovereignty, Apex) do not return once sold through.
Membership
- How do I join the Inner Circle?
- By invitation, reviewed quarterly. Request an invitation on the Inner Circle page.
- Can I gift a membership?
- Yes. Concierge members can issue annual gift memberships from the portal.
